Josef A. Schiffer CEO & Founder
Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Josef A. Schiffer served in the Israeli Defense Forces before attending the University of Miami and graduating with a BBA in Finance. After graduating, he held a variety of roles while establishing himself in the world of Financial Services. Using this industry experience in tandem with skills cultivated during his time serving in IDF, he later founded and assumed the position of CEO of Prosperous Financial Group. As the CEO, Josef A Schiffer is responsible for running all facets of day-to-day operations as well as leading management to execute long-term initiatives. Josef has a proven executive management track record and leads a team of well-versed employees with backgrounds in several industries bringing over 10 years of experience to the table.

Alegria Bennaroch (Head of Latam)
Alegria is the Head of Latam Prosperous Financial Group. She graduated Cum Laude from Marymount Manhattan College (New York, N.Y) in Business Administration and completed her academic training with a Master of International Business Administration (MIBA) at Nova Southeastern University (Miami, Fl.).
Alegria has more the 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. Previous senior positions include Country Rep Officer in Venezuela of the Lafise Group. CEO of Bancoro C.A, Deputy Director and CFO of Banco Confederado and Corporación Televen C.A, CFO of Banco Federal, VP of Financial Institutions at ING Bank, VP of Investment Banking of Banque Nationale de Paris and VP of Finance at Bank of America and Citibank.
Alegria’s experience in banking and advisory services grants her valuable skills and knowledge that is applied to developing and managing strong business relationships with clients in the Latin American market serving the needs of clients effectively, ultimately contributing to the success of Prosperous Financial Group's business in the region.

Alessandro Marchini (Business Development)
Born in São Paulo, Alessandro Marchini graduated in law from Faculdade de Direito Curitiba with a postgraduate degree in management and planning from the FAE Business School. Active in the labor market since even before graduating, he has always worked in the commercial area at the head of some companies from different segments. He participated in the AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce) trainee program and after completing the program, he entered the job market in different areas such as import and export of various products, and retail stores until, in 2011, he entered the market of luxury starting its work with sales of boats that still operates today. Using the experience acquired especially from his client portfolio, he joined the structure of the Prosperous Financial Group as responsible for the development and opening of the market in the South of Brazil.

Cris Vieira (Business Development)
Cris Vieira is a native Brazilian from Porto Alegre, Brazil with over 20 years of experience in both real estate and business logistic industries. Her career origins began from a vastly different field than her specialization now— receiving a degree in dentistry and obtaining a PhD in radiology post-graduation. Her leadership in the medical industry as an authorizer for radiology labs encouraged her to develop a company of her own. Cris entered the real estate industry in 2000, based in Rio de Janeiro, as the CEO of her own relocation services company, collaborating with fresh international faces and executives of companies such as Nokia, Ericsson, Shell, and Schumberger. Cris then made her move to Miami in 2010 and acted as General Manager at Summit, a cell phone refurbishing company that collaborated with Caribbean and South American partners. Seeking to expand her career, she completed her real estate license in 2015 and worked in sectors such as residential and commercial sales, leases, and management with Latin American clients. Most recently, she began her career in the insurance industry and is considered a reliable and polished asset to the Prosperous Financial Group.
